Guidelines for Donating Food

We are committed to providing nutritious and safe food to our clients. Please ensure all donated items are non-perishable and within their expiration dates. Currently, we are well-stocked on canned soups and vegetables and do not require more at this time.

What can you donate?

We are in need of the following items:

  • Peanut Butter, Jelly, and Jam
  • Breakfast Cereals (hot and cold)
  • Pancake Mix & Syrup
  • Pasta and Pasta Sauce
  • Coffee, Tea, and Cocoa
  • Non-perishable Juices
  • Baking Ingredients
  • Snacks – Crackers, Cookies, Granola Bars
  • Dry Goods – Rice, Boxed or Bagged Potatoes
  • Mac-n-Cheese
  • Canned Goods (excluding soups and vegetables)
  • Baby Food and Diapers
  • Gluten-Free and Sugar-Free Products

Other Items

In addition to food, we also welcome donations of the following non-food items, which are essential for daily living:

  • Dish Soap
  • Personal Hygiene Products: Soap, Shampoo, Disposable Razors, Shaving Cream
  • Paper Products: Tissues, Napkins, Paper Towels
  • Toilet Paper
  • Household Supplies: Trash Bags, Aluminum Foil, Storage Bags, Plastic Wrap
  • Oral Care: Toothpaste, Toothbrushes
  • Laundry Supplies: Laundry Detergent, Dryer Sheets
  • Deodorants

Note: Please ensure all donated items are not in glass containers for safety reasons.

Donation Drop-Off

Bring your food and non-food donations to any designated drop-off location in Tewksbury, such as local churches, libraries, and selected businesses, or directly to our pantry. If you’re planning to donate a significant amount, please call us at (978) 858-2273 to schedule a drop-off time.

Hosting a Food Drive

Organizing a food drive within your community, school, or workplace is a fantastic way to contribute significantly to the pantry. We appreciate every effort and can provide guidance to make your food drive a success.
